To mark the 25th anniversary of the event, the Swiss manufacturer has launched the famous Freak X limited edition, dedicated to fans of thrills and exceptional watches. Simply called Freak, it features a 43 mm diameter case made of Carbonium, a composite material from the aerospace industry known for its lightness and strength. The hands, indices and rubber strap of this special edition watch are coated with orange Super-LumiNova, recalling the “bright and vibrant color of the Gumball 3000”.

Mechanically, the Freak is equipped with the UN-230 automatic movement, which embodies the philosophy of Ulysse Nardin: non-conformism. Its famous flying carousel rotates on its own axis, provides time reading through an unstructured mechanism, without traditional hands or dials, and offers a 72-hour power reserve.
