Collaboration on a new watch: Diver NorrØna
Swiss watchmaker Ulysse Nardin has teamed up with Norrøna, a Norwegian outdoor sports brand known for sustainable and high-quality outerwear, to launch the new DIVER NORRØNA Arctic Night. Through their collaboration, Norrøna and Ulysse Nardin deliver on their shared environmental commitment through the use of alternative and sustainable materials.

The watch’s black, grey and white palette is inspired by the reflections of Norwegian nature, evoking images of fjords and volcanic rocks, evoking the deep, dark depths of the oldest and best-preserved sedimentary rocks on Earth , ancestral geological structure.
This new joint project symbolizes the two companies’ commitment to protecting the future of the planet, starting at the poles. Polar sea ice helps regulate the Earth’s climate, and we know that the warming of the polar oceans has a huge impact on the creatures that live there, as well as on us. BØRGE Ousland, the famous polar explorer of our time
Norwegian explorer and author Børge Ousland is a fearless adventurer. Børge was the first person to complete a solo crossing of the North and South Pole, and he is curious, confident and brave. He dragged a supply sled weighing up to 150kg, endured freezing temperatures on his extremities, and encountered polar bears in pursuit of his extreme goals. A former deep-sea diver and Norwegian SEAL, Børge embarked on his first expedition across Greenland in 1986. On subsequent expeditions, he collaborated with French explorer Vincent Collard and, more recently, Mike Horn.
