Since the launch of the watch with the “Salmon” dial in November last year, Greubel Forsey replica has introduced new changes to its tourbillon 24 Seconds Vision timepiece, which won the Aiguille d ‘at the 2015 Geneva Advanced Watch Awards Or award.
The platinum case now matches the “chocolate”, “blue” or “anthracite black” dial (43.50 mm x 13.65 mm (16.03 mm if the sapphire crystal dome is considered).
The volume required to accommodate the tourbillon mechanism was created by incorporating a sapphire crystal dome into the back of the timepiece. In this way, Greubel Forsey does not have to sacrifice the purity and elegant lines of the watch.
The sapphire dome not only has a display function, it can also capture the light and guide it to the inside of the watch luxury, so that the tourbillon can be seen from the real light.
The tourbillon bridge, which is curved forward and backward, is precisely polished by hand to achieve a perfect regular reflection on the entire part. Each bridge completed in this way is signed by the craftsman decorator who executes the bridge.
The multi-level gold dial is engraved with indexes (or gold decals, depending on the version), and it is decorated with grand feu (champlevé) enamel.
The hour, minute and small seconds hands are made of polished steel and appear blue in some models. Hand holes are carefully polished by hand.
The movement vibrates 21,600 times per hour. It guarantees a 72-hour power reserve due to two barrels rotating in series (one rotation in 3.2 hours), one of which is equipped with a sliding spring to avoid excessive tension. The most advanced decorative effect can be admired through the transparent case back. chronowrist.ru
